We provide standard and express international shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is emailed immediately upon dispatch.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be changed.
