Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, ensuring all labels remain attached.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
